POST DOCTORAL RESEARCH
 
I did my Post Doctoral Work as a DAAD Fellow (1991-93) with Prof. D.M.Kolb at Ulm University, Ulm, Germany which centered around Basic Surface Electrochemistry, Characterization of Surface using Scanning Tunneling Microscope and Optical Reflectance Spectroscopy. In 1998, I did training (Aug.-Nov.1998) in the field of Organic Fine Chemical Technology which was organized by JICA, Japan at Osaka Municipal Technical Research Institute, Osaka.
 
RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
 
Fifteen years of research experience in different fields of electrochemistry including photoelectrochemistry, basic electrochemistry, surface electrochemistry. Five years in synthesizing of organic compounds for the antifungal and antitubercular activities. Five years in business development activities and presently I am focusing towards PME activities.
 
CURRENT AREAS OF INTEREST
Currently focusing in the field of PME & HRD related activities.
