POST DOCTORAL RESEARCH

I did my Post Doctoral Work as a DAAD Fellow during1991-93 with Prof. D. M. Kolb at Ulm University, Ulm, Germany which focused around Basic Surface Electrochemistry, Characterization of Surface using Scanning Tunneling Microscope and Optical Reflectance Spectroscopy. During the period Aug.-Nov.1998, I did training in the field of Organic Fine Chemical Technology which was organized by JICA, Japan at Osaka Municipal Technical Research Institute, Osaka.

RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

15 years of Research experience in different fields of Electrochemistry which   includes Basic electrochemistry, Photo electrochemistry, Surface electrochemistry. 5 years in synthesizing of organic compounds for the antifungal and anti tubercular activities. I have 19 publications in reputed Journals. 5 years in Business Development activities and since 2007 onwards involved in PME & HR related activities.

CURRENT AREAS OF INTEREST
Currently working in PME & HRD related activities.
